She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Boyd and Inez M. Boyd; her husband Elijah Scott; and her brothers, Raymond Boyd and Albert Boyd.
She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Villery and Inez Ross; her boyfriend John Mason; her daughters, Patricia Burston and Cleo Inez Scott; her niece Denise Robbie; her nephews, Dr. Lafayette Boyd and Quincy; and her grandchildren, Shannon, Chanel, Brandon, Paige, Nylah and Nakayla. She is also survived by five great-granddaughters and one great-grandson, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Day Star Church of God (5145 N Hwy 67, Florissant, MO 63033). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
