She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd B. Lowe; her children, Lloyd P. and Patricia Portnoy (Earl); her granddaughter Christy Lowe; and her siblings, Chester Rudy (Eunice), Ralph Rudy (Susanna) and Juanita Anderson (William).

She is survived by: her children, Robert Lowe (Judy), Gary Lowe (Laurie), Sherry Lowe and Deborah Fernandez (Steve); and her grandchildren, Michelle Wilson (Gabe), Gregory Lowe (Shana), Jacob Lowe, Elizabeth Liebreich (Michael) and Olivia Fernandez.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hutchens Mortuary & Cremation Center (675 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (751 N Jefferson St, Florissant, MO 63031). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (980 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to the T.E.A.M. Food Pantry in Florissant, or to the American Heart Association.
