She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Spellmeyer; and her parents, Joseph Polt and Anna Polt. She is survived by: her children, Tina Fuhler (Bryan), Dr. Joe Sabo (Kara) and Ken Spellmeyer II (Becky); her grandchildren, Matt, Jessica Sabo, Bryan Fuhler, Chris, Erik, Heidi Spellmeyer and Joanna Albright; and her cousins, Kathy, Jerry, Janet, Jim, Bernard, Tony, Kenny, Frank, Marian and Michael Polt.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's name to an Animal Shelter of your choice, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Evelyn's House.
