He is survived by: his wife Rita Schulze; his stepchildren, Ernie Elliot, Sandi Elliot, Lee Schulze (Laura) and Rob Schulze; his grandchildren, Sara Dinga (Jordan), Jessica Schulze, Samantha Hogan (Rick), Jamie Schroff (Alec), Andrew Schulze (Kate), Jordan Schulze and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Riley Hogan, Kylie Dinga, Makenzie Hogan, Julia Dinga, Lucas Hogan and Amelia Dinga.
When Covid came, Carl and Rita set up a Prayer Care Van, going around the community and praying outside with their congregation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Missouri Baptist Scholarship Fund.
