He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Stuart and Edith Stuart; his brother Gary Stuart (Bonnie); his sons, Rusty and Mark Stuart; and his grandchildren, Savanah, Joshua Becker and Abbie Black.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Stuart; his sisters, Sherry Schupp (John) and Terry Andereski (Ken); his children, Lorrie Becker (Mark Birdsong), Matthew Stuart, Elisabeth Black (David) and Deborah Hembrough; his grandchildren, Jesse, Nate, Addie, James, Annabelle, Stephanie and Mike; his great grandchildren, Richard, Faith and Hope; and his great great grandchild Leah.
Memorial Donations in Charles' name may be made to Boy Scouts of America or to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation.
