She was predeceased by : her parents, John Busalaki and Maxine Busalaki; her granddaughters, Courtney Hake and Kira Morris; and her husband Frank "Jerry" Hake.

She is survived by : her children, Todd Hake (Lisa) and Joy Jameson; her grandchildren, Cody Hake and Kyle Morris; and her sister Sharon Preston.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Animal Protective Association.
