He is survived by: his wife Pam Ciskowski; his children, Brigit Ciskowski and Jeff Ciskowski (Megan); his sisters, Mary E. Barker (T. J. "Jim") and Nancy Behnke (Boyd); his nieces and nephews, Dan Barker (Maritza), Karl Behnke, Lindsay Lee (Eddie) and Catherine "Katie" Hoffman; his great-nephew Chris Barker; and his great-nieces, Gabby Lee, Sophia Barker, Matilda Hoffman, Ida Hoffman and Annabel Hoffman. He is also survived by extended family members, many cousins, dear friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org), the Missouri Botanical Gardens, or by planting a fruit tree in Ed's memory.
