He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shirley R. Parsons; his children, Douglas Parsons (Alice) and Debbie Scaggs (Doug); his grandchildren, Eric Parsons, Amanda Flower (David), Joshua Parsons, Kaitlin Conn (Sean) and Kelly Parsons; his great grandchildren, Parker, Zoey, Rohan and Elias; his siblings, Richard Parsons, Harry Parsons, Beverly Berryhill and David Parsons; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Dougherty and Ed Slagle.
