She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William J. Wagner Sr.; her children, Ken Winters, Craig Winters, Tina Sciarratta, Tammy Hyman and Billy Wagner; and her siblings, Alice Sapp, Harold Petty and Kathy Matherly.
