James R. Miller Obituary

He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Robert; his son Rodney Miller; his parent Dera Miller; his siblings, Joyce Strange and Irvin Miller; his daughter-in-law Dana Miller; and his stepgranddaughter Jaclyn Gold.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Miller; his children, Timothy Miller (Carla), Janet Savkovich (James) and Jonathan Miller (Chris); his grandchildren, Ted Miller, Nick Miller, Sam Savkovich (Airicka), Laurie Savkovich and Alistine Savkovich; his great grandchildren, Audrie Savkovich and Gabriel Gonzalez; his siblings, Lois Green (Daniel) and Kenneth Miller (late Wanda); his stepgrandchildren, Michelle Gold and Jayme Gold (Joseph); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alyssa Millburg, Jason Gold, Kaden Schroeder and Rainey Brosch; and his son Brian Kennedy (Cat).

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Chapel Hill Mortuary - Kirkwood (10301 Big Bend Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at the Oak Hill Cemetery (10301 Big Bend Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in James' name to Chatham Bible Church (https://chathambiblechurch.org) or Alzheimer's Association.
