Juliette Johnson wrote a sympathy message

“In loving memory of Joan Flakes, Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. Although Aunt Joan was actually my 2nd cousin, I always called her Aunt Joan (it made me feel closer to her) just like I called Uncle Wm. Robert. She taught me to love baking (watching her). She gave me my first babysitting job. I will always remember her smile. Sorry I found out on today (7/1/23) I would have loved to have been with my.”
