She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Strehle (Bud) and Frances Strehle; her husband Erle Hafer; her parents-in-law, Anthony Hafer and Caroline Hafer; and her siblings-in-law, Norbert Lohe, Don Hafer, Gisela Strehle and Ethel Hafer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carole Lohe, Alan Strehle (Barbara) and Greg Strehle; her children, Laurie Laga (Stephen) of Hinsdale, IL, Cheryl Sharp (Gary) of Waterloo, IA and Tony Hafer of St. Louis, MO; and her grandchildren, Christina Kurdilla (Jamie), Jennifer Brumer (Jacob), Nicholas Laga (Caitlin), Nicole Woods (Mikel), Camille Schmidt (Andrew), Alex Sharp (Kathryn), Niki Hafer and Thea Hafer. She is also survived by her 18 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
