She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Iwasko; her parents, Maurice Tebeau and Minnie Tebeau; her grandchild Baby Max Mayfield; and her sister Hazel B. Meyer (late Walter).

She is survived by: her children, Pam Mayfield, Patricia Vaccaro (Dominic) and Richard C. Iwasko, Jr. (Lori); her grandchildren, Nathan Prater (Tamara), Matthew Prater (Leah), Lia Mayfield, Joseph Davis (Tricia), Amanda Davis (Logan), William Iwasko, Kim Vaccaro, Dominic Vaccaro (Sarah) and Michelle Fortune (John); her great grandchildren, Julian Prater, Sophie Prater, Molly Prater, Charlie Crawford, Joseph Ackermann, Rachel Davis, Madelyn Thurston, Jackson Zenk, Wyatt Zenk, Dominic Vaccaro, Emily Vaccaro, Laura Vaccaro, Nathan Fortune, Jacob Fortune and Joseph Fortune; and her sister Ruth A. Niemeyer (late Richard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
