He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Hummel; his daughters, Cindy Folkerts (late Dennis) and Cathy Lallis (Dennis Lum); his grandchildren, Mike, Deanna, Angie, Dustin and Erik; and his great grandchildren, Mikaela, Michael, Rylee, Mason, Lorelei, Dakota, Maverick, Guinevere and Kalie.
Friends and family will meet Friday, January 3, 12:00 PM (Noon) until 2:00 PM departure for committal service at Sacred Heart Cemetery Chapel. in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in John's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
