He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jacqueline Chase (Lewis); his children, Cathy Vrabel (John), John Chase, Jr. (Betty), Steve Chase (Alicia), Donna Weinreis, Patty Turner and Susan Whitaker (Phil); his grandchildren, Shawn Vrabel (Sheila), Matt Vrabel, Andy Vrabel (Beth), Joshua Chase, Alina Stewart (Joshua), Alec Weinreis, Rose Turner, Dan Whitaker (Anna), Melissa Beckwith (Jeremy), Christopher Strand (Kacey) and Nellie Phifer; and his parent Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are preferred to All Saints Catholic Church.
