He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Tolan and Joseph Jerome Tolan; his brother Michael Tolan; and his daughter Angela Durante. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Isaak, Timothy, Joe Tolan (April) of Germantown, IL., Jennifer Kozan (Michael) of Nashville, IL and Kathy Mancinas (Mike) of Highland, IL.; his grandchildren, Kayla Lane (Grant), Skylar (Anisa), A. J., Tanner, Rylie Tolan, Dallas Mancinas, Dakota Goodrich, Iris and Adeline Kozan; and his great grandchildren, Brogan, Deegan, Raygan, Lemin and Aiden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Isaak and Timothy Tolan's college fund.
