He was predeceased by: his parents, William Strate and Ada Strate; his wife Mary Rose Strate; and his brothers, William Strate and Robert Strate.
He is survived by: his daughter Addison Strate; his nephews, Chris, Bob and Scott Strate; and his in-laws, Sandy Mohrmann (Mike), Mark Belinski and Eugene Belinski (Lori).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hutchens Mortuary & Cremation Center (675 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Cletus Catholic Church (2705 Zumbehl Rd, St Charles, MO 63301).
