Siemer; his sisters, Maggie, Missy and Marcia; his parents-in-law, Melvin and Jean Barks; his siblings-in-law, Shelly Barks and Blake Barks (Alathea); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor Whiteside (Aaron), Birklee Whiteside and Emmeline Barks. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
