She is survived by: her husband Richard Jacobsmeyer; her children, Lisa Moehlenkamp (Mike), Rick Jacobsmeyer (Barb) and Mike Jacobsmeyer (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Matthew Moehlenkamp (Jennifer), Adam Moehlenkamp (Britney), Nicholas Moehlenkamp, Kyle Jacobsmeyer (Alyssa), Megan Jacobsmeyer, Tyler Jacobsmeyer, Ashleigh Vineyard (Garrett) and Colton Jacobsmeyer; her great grandchildren, Crew, Sutton, Autumn, Jack, Miles, Brooklyn and Baker; and her siblings, Jerry Sulzner (Marianne) and Pam Stehr (Larry).
