He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard E. Kuhlmann and Ethel Kuhlmann (Busby). He is survived by: his wife Donnie (Kane); his daughter Traci Meyer (Paul); and his granddaughter Reilly Peppers (Jerry). He is also survived by his in-laws, nieces and nephews, their children and cousins and many friends.
