He was predeceased by: his former wife Pamela Morrow. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Andrea (Mason), David (Tammy), Katie (Nick) and Joshua; his parents, Roy Eberle and Ruth Eberle; his grandchildren, Mya, Grace, Addilyn and Colton; and his siblings, Gwen Robertson (Lawrie), Nate Eberle, Beth Kruse and Dan Eberle (Mindy).
Memorial donations in Phil's honor may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, or to his family (in the care of Our Savior Lutheran Church).
