It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip H. Forte (Florissant, Missouri), who passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Philip H. Forte to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Polston-Forte; his parents, Philip Forte and Mary Forte; his brother Ralph Forte; and his son David Forte.

He is survived by: his son Philip Forte (Kyle); his stepchildren, Ann Curtis (Kevin), Elizabeth Kilby-Krasnicki and Charles Krasnicki (Ann Heeger); and his grandchildren, Brittany Uhlorn (Josh), Alex, Sam (Brooke), Gracie, Faye and Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis.
