Robert will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his wife Priscilla L. De Vine (Gilman); his children, Susan Tracy and Stephen De Vine; and his grandson Todd Moore. He is survived by: his children, Michael De Vine, John De Vine, Mary Silver (Mark), Robert De Vine (Jennifer) and Laura DeVine. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Fisher House, an organization that supports veterans and their families.
