He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Harper (Clower) and Douglas Harper. He is survived by: his wife Jane Harper (Meagher); his daughters, Kristin and Megan Harper; his pet Max; his grandchildren, Elliot and Poppy Duncan; his siblings, Sandy Kahalewai (Dennis) and Don Harper (Ines); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Kyger (Curt) and Kaye Vaughn (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to BJC Hospice (http://www.bjchospice.org), which helped take care of Robert in his last days and offered support to his family, would be greatly appreciated.
