He is survived by: his children, Ronald Jr. (Marion) of Texas, Donald Brooks of Naylor, Jonathan Brooks and Rhonda Klaus (David) of Florissant. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
