With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Edward McHugh (Florissant, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John McHugh and Melba McHugh; and his brother Lawrence McHugh. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann McHugh; his children, Shawn Edward McHugh (Julie), Kelli Ann Apollo (James), Kerri Lynn Kim McHugh and Kami Elizabeth Kim Kruger (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jonas, Mabrey McHugh, AChrista, Ryan, Corey Apollo, Chandler Baker, Anna, Luci, Jude Carafiol, Ray, Kadan, Stephen and Brielle Kruger; his great grandchild Hudson; and his siblings, Margaret Strachan and Kevin McHugh.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hutchens Mortuary & Cremation Center (675 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of choice to honor Tom's generous spirit.
