He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Field; his children, Tanya Fite (Matt), Amy Dawson and Daniel Kuelker (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ashley Fite, Ella Fite, Matthew Fite, Taylor Dawson, Timothy Kuelker and Amanda Fox; his brother Keith Kuelker (Rosalie); and his goddaughter Misty Wilson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
