He is survived by: his wife Lora Stevens Cook; his daughters, Rita Kato, Shawn Land (Tim Hall) and Micki Allen (Chet); his grandchildren, Candis Mohr (Matt), Paige Travisio (James), Kelsey Allen (JJ), Ronni Hitt (Gage), Ritchie Land, Austin Allen and Bergen Land; his great grandchildren, Sadie Mae, Kodi B, Eleanor, Charlotte, JB, Kullen, Carter and Easton; and his siblings, Georgia Upton (Walter) and Sherrye Livingston (Robert).
