We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2023, at the age of 52, Jackie Avery of Gulfport, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Brown Avery; and his grandparents, Ellen, John Avery, Willie and Elise Brown.
He is survived by: his father Jackie Avery, Sr.; and his godfather Jaimoe Johnson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Gulf Coast Down Syndrome Society in honor of Jackie "Pete" Avery.
