He is survived by : his wife Linda Weaver; his sons, Benjamin Taylor Weaver (Stephanie) of Huntsville and John Sullivan Weaver (Megan) of Atlanta; his sisters, Sherry Leath and Diane Vaiden; and his grandchildren, Tyler Lynn Weaver, Emily Mae Weaver and William Sullivan Liam Weaver.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations maybe sent to the American Cancer Society in honor of Lynn Weaver.
