He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Algee and Gladys Algee of Byhalia, Mississippi.; and his sister Trudy Algee. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Baucum; his grandchildren, Jennifer Jeffries (Josh) of Walls, Taylor Meador of Golden and Daniel Algee of Starkville, Mississippi; his great grandchildren, Austin Ward (Alexis) of Walls, Nick Jeffries of Chattanooga and Lucas Force of Walls, Mississippi; his great great grandchildren, Elliot of Walls, Mississippi, Ava of Walls, Mississippi, Olivia of Walls, Mississippi and Oaklynn of Walls, Mississippi; his cousin Curt Algee; and his close friend Dan Hammett. He is also survived by his wife and children.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hernando Funeral Home (2285 Hwy 51 S, Hernando, MS 38632). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
