She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Dodson and Gilbert Dodson; her siblings, Billie Jean Petit, Juanita Dodson, Dot Dodson, Edna Smith, Sandra Manning, Eddie Warren "Bubba" Dodson, Bobby Dodson and Gerald Petit; her children, Debra Turner and Robert Stanford; her grandsons, Joey Turner and Danny Turner; and her great grandchild Seth Thompson.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Stanford (Tammy) of Lake Cormorant and Stanley Stanford of Tampa, Florida; and her grandchildren, Marianne, Stacy, Shannon, Shaker, Tanya, Jessica, Brandon, Christy, Jennifer, Dustin, Robbie, Summer and Lacey. She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren with one on the way; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hernando Funeral Home (2285 Hwy 51 S, Hernando, MS 38632). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
