He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; his daughter Amy; and his parents, Walter Ernest Prince and Augusta Marie Majure Prince. He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Prince Martin (Tommy) of Suwanee, GA and Suzanne Prince Cox (Clair III) of Hernando, MS; his son-in-law Davis (Moise, Jr.); his grandchildren, Charles Martin, Sarah Martin, Harris Martin, Clair Cox IV, Luke Cox, Adele Cox, Lauren Moise and Davis Moise III; and his brother Denzel Prince.
