She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Bailey and Evelyn Sowell Bailey; her husband William Frazier; and her siblings, Thompson Bailey, Peggy Johnston and Modean Edwards.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Evon Ford; her granddaughter Tammy Manning McCorkle (Scott); her great grandchildren, Montyca Thompson (Chris) and Dustin Bradford; her great great grandchildren, Marley, Oakleigh and Savanah Thompson; her siblings, Linda Moore (James) and James "Butch" Bailey (Nancy); and her brother-in-law Ernest Johnston.
