He was predeceased by: his parents, Monica Woolfolk Berry and James Marshall Berry; and his sister Barbara Lamar. He is survived by: his wife Alice Storey Berry; his children, Dirkje Bain (Otto), Marshel Berry (Rosie) and Jimmy Berry (Amy); and his sister Cathy Shelton (Phillip). He is also survived by six grandchildren, two honorary grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
