She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Thelma Ruth Woelfle; her husband Lynn Logan; and her son Barry. She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Freida), Brent and Brad; her grandsons, Michael, Chad McCullough and Garret Smith; her daughter Mandy Smith; and her siblings, Freda Milligan, Janelle Lemons (Bill), Thomas Woelfle (Wilma), Janice Fite (Dan), Patricia Delashmit and Debbie Williams (Ken). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
