She is survived by : her mother Ruby Ballard; her husband Willard Rowlen; her son Kevin Rowlen; her granddaughter Whitney Jones; her sister Cathy Bryant; and her sister-in-law Betty Irvin. She is also survived by her family for being a loving wife, caring mother, and passionate grandmother.
