He is survived by: his children, Robbie Elrod (Leeann) of Hernando, MS and Angela Elrod of Southaven, MS; his sister Penny Hylander (Johnny) of Southaven, MS; and his grandsons, Ryan Elrod (Amie) of Hernando and Matt Elrod of Hernando.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be sent to the Veterans Home.
