He is survived by : his stepson David; his daughter-in-law Anita Victory of Hernando; his granddaughter Amanda Victory of Oxford; his children, Kim Sills, Todd Vaughan and Karen Guy; and his siblings, LouRee Vaughan Thompson and Tommy Wayne Vaughan.
