She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Dedeaux (Dorothy Morgan Dedeaux); her husband William Blackwell; her mother Dorothy Dedeaux; and her siblings, Mary Dedeaux, Irene Dedeaux, Barbara Dedeaux, Ernest Dedeaux, Eugene Dedeaux and John Dedeaux.

She is survived by: her children, Herbert Dedeaux (Teresitta), Stephen Dedeaux, Norma Lear (Bryant), Faith Turner (Luke) and Ashley Dedeaux; and her siblings, Lenora Ford, Ann Dedeaux, Gail Watts (Marvin), Darlene Swanier, Edward Dedeaux (Pearlie), David Dedeaux and Donald Dedeaux.
