It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Marie Dedeaux Hightower (Pass Christian, Mississippi), who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Hightower, Sr.; her parents, Florence Dedeaux and Stanley Dedeaux; her children, Felicia Hightower-Robinson and Matthew James Dedeaux; her granddaughters, Kianna Dedeaux, Kierra Gates and Mary Shotwell; and her siblings, Lorna Rose Daniels, Barbara Nell Gregg (David), Edith Joyce Cook (Freddie), Madeline Lias (Betty Ann Dedeaux), Lionel Dedeaux and Ausker Dedeaux, Sr. (Marilyn).
She is survived by: her children, Stacie-Dedeaux Simmons (Edward) of Long Beach, MS, Dean Dedeaux (Monica) of Huntsville, AL, Shawn Dedeaux of LaQuinta, CA, Marvin Hightower (Jeredean) and David Hightower (Auriella) of Rockford, IL; her siblings, Kevin Dedeaux (Pamela) of Denver, CO, Terry Dedeaux (Verna) of Pass Christian, MS and Maion Barnett of Madison, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Lillian Dedeaux of Pass Christian, MS, Muriel Hightower of Mobile, AL. and Harold Daniels of Pass Christian, MS.. She is also survived by 24 Grand-Children and 23 Great-Grand Children, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
