It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gussie Schaeffer of Senatobia, Mississippi, who passed away on July 31, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert S. Schaeffer; and her son Bob Schaeffer. She is survived by: her children, Pam Brunner (Billy) of Oxford, MS, Tim Barnette (Diana) of Hernando, MS, Scott Schaeffer (Leslie) of Southaven, MS and Christy Schaeffer Southerland of Coldwater, MS.; her grandchildren, Joey Brunner (Dana) of Water Valley, MS, Jason Brunner (Nicole) of Oxford, MS, Rachael and Luke Barnette of Hernando, MS.; and her brothers, John McClendon (Pam) of Houlka, MS and Pat Houston (Martha) of Houlka, MS..
In lieu of flowers it is the wish of the family to donate in her memory to St. Jude.
