He is survived by : his mother Pamela Kaye Hart; his stepfather Ronnie West; his father Mike Hart; his sister Jennifer Henry; his brother-in-law Nathan Henry; his stepsisters, Heather Finch and Amber Golden; his nephew John; and his niece Jenna Buller.
