Lowell Blue Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Blue and Velma Blue (Scroggins) of Scotland, Arkansas.; his wife Joan Blue (Carpenter); his siblings, Cloise Green (Blue) and Dwayne Blue; his nephew Lowell Sheehan; and his niece Renee Rushin (Blue).
He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria Short (Wayne) of Silverdale, WA, Paula Polk (Michael) of Argyle, TX, Darlene Burnham (Timothy) of Southaven, MS and Deborah Holland of San Diego, CA.; and his siblings, Carroll Blue and Barbara Jean Crowell (Blue).
