She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Logue and Hollis Wheeler; her husband Van Dotson; and her brothers, Roy Wheeler and Butch Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Logan (Derrick Logan) of Shelby, Windy Dotson Christy (Richard) of Pembroke and Dina Dotson (Neil Biddix) of Marion; her brothers, Alonzo Logue and Ethan Logue; and her pet Tiny. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wilson Baptist Church (3617 Whiteside Rd, Forest City, NC 28043). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wilson Baptist Church, 3617 Whiteside Road Forest City NC 28043 to support their ministry in the local community.
