He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Decker and Loma Pearl Crowe Decker; and his siblings, Bobby Decker (Geraldine), Margaret Jenkins (Jerry) and Barbara Finney (Harvey).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Hogue Decker; his children, Angela Luckadoo (Rodney), Kenneth Carl Decker, Jr., Gary Allen Decker and Timothy James Decker; and his siblings, Jerry Decker, Helen Shaw (Jerry) and Wanda Bush (Jerome). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
