It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Toro of Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on May 23, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Toro. She is survived by: her children, Edwin Toro Jr., Jessica Iris Fonfrias and Raymond Fonfrias; her grandchildren, Katlyn Clements Toro, Krista Fonfrias, Edwin Toro, Raymond Fonfrias, Bryanna Toro, Annya Toro and Victoria Toro; her great grandchild Johnelly Toro; and her siblings, Angel Lopez, Dolores Segura, Lydia Lopez and Gilbert Lopez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Lillian Toro's wishes were that any memorials or donations be made to the children and youth ministry of Spencer Baptist Church, 187 N. Oak Street, Spindale, NC 28160.
