He was predeceased by: his parents, John McDonald and Agnes McDonald; and his great grandchild Rosie. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; and his children, Joseph, Jennifer, Tracy, Lucy and Sarah. He is also survived by one sister, four brothers, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
