He is survived by: his wife Regina Caldwell Flack; his daughters, Makenzie Flack (Dylan) of Yanceyville, NC, Ashleigh Flack (Michael Ennis, Jr) of Hillsborough and Brittany Flack of Sumter, SC; his siblings, Elzaja Flack (Connie) of Allenhurst, GA, Roscoe Flack (Jeannette) of Hillsborough, Jimmy Flack (Kim) of Hillsborough, Norman Flack (Barbara) of Hillsborough, Edith Greene (Johnny) of Forest City and Geraldine Koone of Rutherfordton; and his grandsons, Jase Ennis and Jake Ennis.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walker's Funeral Home (204 N Churton St, Hillsborough, NC 27278). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Round Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (6611 Hudlow Rd, Union Mills, NC 28167).
