He is survived by: his wife Janice Smith Bradley; his children, Tony Bradley (Kellie) and Nikki Baker (Josh); his brother Richard Bradley (Annette); and his grandchildren, Colton Bradley, Marc Baker, Preslie Bradley and Kaylee Baker.
